Absolutely the worst people to book with for short stay. Would not recommend. Completely incompetent.

Easter 2018,Accounts Dept is useless and rude on the phone won't be using this Short term holiday rental agency again.Update The Manager has indicated that the add ons charged to our credit card will be reversed.Should not be this hard..
This review is for Great Ocean Road Real Estate Apollo Bay rental department.Customer service doesn't exist or it's standard is very low. Unfortunately they have no intension to make you short holiday a pleasant one. Assume they have different goals
If i could give this agency 0 stars i would. Booked in and paid for my accomodation and they call last minute and say its no longer available due to insurance. I asked for alternatives and they offer me more expensive options and say because im booking last minute its going to cost me more now. As if to suggest its my fault. They were extremely rude and unhelpful. NEVER AGAIN.
